As every toy is made-to-order and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
 

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue

• Your order number

• A brief explanation

We’ll gladly repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.
 

📝 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and materials are allocated — so cancellations are no longer possible.
