All our toys are handmade and customized based on your child’s drawing.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.

Rush orders may be accommodated — please contact us before placing your order.

🚚 Shipping Time & Carriers

• Canada: 2–7 business days (Canada Post or UPS)

• USA: 5–10 business days (tracked service)

• Other: varies by country and carrier

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

📮 Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.
DrawToy is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
