🧸 1. Custom Product Agreement

By placing an order with DrawToy, you agree that:

• All products are handmade and customized based on your child’s drawing

• Minor differences may occur due to artistic interpretation and 3D printing limitations

• Each toy is a one-of-a-kind creation and cannot be exactly replicated
   

🧾 2. Payment Terms

• All prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars)

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering

• We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or major credit cards
   

🔁 3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged (see Refund Policy).
 

⏱️ 4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement

• After 24 hours, the design and production process begins and cannot be reversed
   

🧾 5. Intellectual Property

By submitting your child’s drawing, you grant DrawToy the right to:

• Use the image for the purpose of creating your product

• Optionally showcase the final toy (with anonymous credit) in our portfolio or social media
  You may request full privacy at any time.
   

🌐 6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site or its content.
All materials on this site (text, images, logos) are the property of DrawToy and may not be used without permission.
